This Privacy Policy applies to merchants and authorized staff who use OpsPilot through Shopify Admin. It describes the information processed by the OpsPilot app and related support channels.
As between OpsPilot and the merchant, the merchant controls the store and customer data made available to the app through Shopify and through connected integrations.
Depending on how the app is configured, OpsPilot may process:
If you connect Slack, Google Sheets, email infrastructure, or other external services, OpsPilot may send relevant workflow data to those services at your direction so the action can complete.
Information handled by third-party services is also subject to their own terms and privacy practices. OpsPilot does not sell merchant data.
OpsPilot keeps data for as long as needed to operate the app, maintain workflow history, provide support, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
No online system can guarantee absolute security, so merchants should also protect Shopify accounts, staff access, and connected services.
